TIKKA MASALA

Tikka masala begins at the tandoor (clay oven), where the chicken has been marinated in a spiced yogurt sauce, then cooked in the tandoor to get us a juicy & smoky flavor. Tandoori in and of itself is a wonderful dish, but tikka masala takes it one step further, by simmering it in a sauce made of onions, tomatoes, and cream.

BUTTER CHICKEN

A Buttery tomato sauce with julienned bell peppers and onions, chicken option made with dark meat

SAAG(SPINACH)

A spinach sauce cooked with garlic, coriander, cumin and a touch of cream

ROGAN JOSH

The key to its smoky and sweet taste is the base, which consists of onions that have been browned in oil or ghee (clarified butter) until essentially caramelized, as well as the heavy dose of bracing, warming spices like whole cardamom and clove.

MADRAS

A ground coconut curry sauce with sautéed mustard seeds and other fresh spices

VINDALOO

🌶It is a south Indian dish with many variations. It has a meator veg base cooked with red chilies, vinegar, garlic, & sometimes potatoes. In India, the dish is known for its unmitigated spiciness.

KORMA

Korma is meat or veggies braised in a garlic & ginger sauce. It’s cooked using the low-and-slow method, yielding a tender, mild stew. Our korma tastes extra rich, because the gravy has ground cashews in it to enrich the taste.

JALFREZI

The name of the game here is sizzling meat and vegetables that have been dry-fried on very high heat with chilies, Sautéed onions and peppers in a tangy curry sauce

GULAB JANUM $6

Popular Indian sweet dish made from a dough of milk solids, usually from paneer or khoya, that is shaped into balls and deep-fried in ghee or oil. The fried balls are then soaked in a sugary syrup flavoured with cardamom, rosewater or saffron.

GAJAR HALWA $6
